Step 2: Get Connected
Once you sign up, we’ll add you to TeamSnap (our scheduling and communication hub). You can download the app here, accept the invite via email, and set up your profile. Message us if you have not received the invite
Step 3: Lock in & Show Up
For Unlimited, Inside TeamSnap, pick the sessions you’ll attend. For 1-on-1 session, book the day and time when you sign-up. New to goalkeeping or already playing college ball, it doesn’t matter, we’ll coach and pair you based on your level and your goals.

What is the refund policy?

We understand that schedules change, especially with sports and family life.
Training Sessions
All training session purchases are final once booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your session. When proper notice is given, we may help you reschedule or apply the session credit to a future training date.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Monthly Training Plans
Monthly training plans are billed in advance.
Refunds are not provided for unused sessions, missed sessions, or partial months. If you need to adjust, pause, or cancel your plan, please contact us before your next billing date.
Weather or Coach Cancellations
If Lair Athletics cancels a session due to weather, field conditions, coach availability, or another issue on our end, we may offer a reschedule or session credit.
Just Ask :)
If something comes up, just reach out. We will always try to be fair, but we also have to protect coach time, field space, and session planning.
Where do you hold trainings?
We currently hold most Lair Athletics goalkeeper training sessions in the Woodinville / Bothell / Northshore area, depending on field availability, season, and session type.
Specific field details are shared after booking or in the session schedule, so families know exactly where to go before training.
For private sessions, location may vary based on field space, availability, and what works best for the session.
What age groups do you train?
We train youth, middle school, high school, college, semi-pro, and pro goalkeepers.
What should goalkeepers bring?
Gloves, cleats, water, weather-appropriate gear, and a good attitude.
What is the difference between private and group training?
Private training gives more individual attention. Group training adds competition, energy, and game-like pressure.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We train in normal Northwest weather. If conditions are unsafe or fields close, we will reschedule or offer a session credit.
