If pickup or local delivery is not arranged directly with Lair Athletics, the order must be shipped.
Shipping Required Outside Local Arrangement Area
Orders outside the local pickup or local delivery arrangement area must include shipping.
If you are not picking up your order at training or arranging delivery within 1 mile of Woodinville, Washington, please select and pay for shipping at checkout.
We do not provide free delivery outside the local arrangement area unless specifically offered in writing.
Local Pickup at Training
Customers may be able to pick up eligible orders at a scheduled Lair Athletics training session.
Pickup must be arranged in advance.

This option is not guaranteed and must be confirmed directly with Lair Athletics before fulfillment.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
Lair Athletics is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or other customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us with your order number.
We will help where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for carrier errors once a package has been marked delivered.
