Participation Waiver
By participating in any Lair Athletics-affiliated training, event, consulting session, or related activities, you (or your legal guardian) acknowledge and agree:
Inherent Risks: Participation includes risks of serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. Proper rules, equipment, and discipline help but do not eliminate these risks.
Assumption of Risk: You knowingly accept all risks, whether known or unknown, even if caused by negligence.
Personal Responsibility: You agree to comply with all participation rules. If you notice a hazard during training or events, you must immediately notify an official.
Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless Lair Athletics, Lair Goalkeeping, Lair Digital, their affiliates, leagues, coaches, consultants, employees, agents, sponsors, advertisers, and facility owners from any injury, illness, disability, death, or property loss.
